A special jacket for a special man. This was made for NM Governor Bill Richardson shown on the preview/demo with Tony and Andersen. The artwork and Zia buttons were made by Andersen Kee. The jacket is fringed on the arms and on the back. We considered ourselves lucky to have been able to do this.
